They say you will either love India or hate it; I loved it and can't wait to go back. The energy of India was completely unique to my experience, at times overwhelming but always invigorating.

 

In December 2019 my partner and I travelled to India to be with her parents in Bangalore before heading north to Varanasi and onto Bodh Gaya, Khajuraho & Jodhpur. We returned to New Zealand just as the pandemic began to unfold around the globe. This is a selection of images from that time.
